French Immersion Registration 
Families interested in enrolling their children in Early French Immersion (Grade 1 entry) or Late French Immersion (Grade 6 entry) for the 2026/2027 school year can find more information on the Anglophone East School District website and register here. This information was due February 6, 2026. Please complete asap. If you require a paper copy of the registration form, please reach out to your child’s teacher.  

Message from the Home & School Association 
Staff Appreciation Week is this week; February 9–13! 

How Families Can Help: 

• Last call fall donations which can be made by sending an e-transfer to arnoldhhomeandschool@gmail.com. Please write “Staff Appreciation Fund Donation” in the notes section of the e-transfer. Monetary donations are not an obligation. Instead of money donations, we also encourage you to have your children make cards for the teachers instead. A special note, drawing, or saying goes a long way in the hearts of our hard-working teachers.   
• Here is what Home & School has planned for staff:
  • Monday – Mini-cupcakes and sparkling drinks/Gift Card Draw
  • Tuesday – Words of affirmation: Kind messages from students this week to decorate teachers doors with and individually packaged donuts
  • Wednesday – Popcorn/Movie Pass Draw
  • Thursday – Coffee and Timbits/GC Draw
  • Friday – Fruit/Veggie Trays and Cookies/GC draw/Gifts for our bus drivers

Pre-K Visit

We will be holding our first visit for our Pre-K students on Thursday, February 19th at 3:30pm. The purpose of this first visit is to provide an opportunity for our future students to meet teachers and peers; begin fostering positive relationships; and, to introduce children to some of the activities/routines/expectations of a kindergarten student. The visit is also an opportunity to begin building positive relationships with our families.

Friday (Day 1): 

Students may wish to bring in Valentine’s cards as classes will recognize Valentine’s Day

*Reminder – No School on Monday February 16th due to the family day holiday.
