Fuel the Fun Campaign Updates
Family Chocolate Bar Bingo was a huge success! Thank you to our Home & School, volunteers, the K team for table/chair setup, parents & custodians for tear down etc.! We raised an estimated $2500 towards our Fuel the Fun Campaign! Highlight of the night… guest appearance by Wild Willie!
Our next fundraising event will be an adult-only trivia night at Cheers on Sunday, November 16th (save-the-date)… sign up information will be sent soon!
Also, we are bringing back AHM’s Holiday Bazaar in December! Our Holiday Bazaar is an in-school event that allows our students to shop and have gifts wrapped for their immediate family. We are reaching out to ask our AHM families for donations of gently used items to make this event a success. Items such as small books, puzzles, board games, toys, craft supplies, jewelry, accessories holiday décor, and wrapping paper/gift bags. Remember, these items must fit in your child’s backpack after the event. Specific details regarding the Bazaar will be sent home in December but we would like to start collecting items now. We’ve also had a shipping container donated to the school to store all items collected and want to thank the following companies for making that happen: Dexter Construction Company Limited, Dynamic Towing and The Rental Store/Battlefield. If you have bins you are willing to lend us, that would also be very helpful in organizing items as they are received.
November Service Project
This month each homeroom will be collecting ADULT sized, hats, mittens, or socks to donate to Harvest House Atlantic. For over 26 years, Harvest House Atlantic has actively supported those struggling with homelessness, addiction, and mental health issues in Moncton. As the cold weather approaches, our staff and students would once again like to help vulnerable individuals who will go to Harvest House Atlantic to receive much-needed assistance. Your donations are much appreciated.

Glee Club – after school 2;45-3:30
Tuesday (Day 3):
No Ultimate Bowling this week
Wednesday (Day 4):
Choir – grades 3-5 @ lunch recess
Chess – grade 4 Mr. D’s room @ lunch recess
No pickleball this week
Thursday (Day 5):
Chess – Grade 5 Mr. D’s room @ lunch recess
Friday (Day 1):
Students can wear costumes to school (no masks or props)
Monthly assembly & LEARN celebration @ 1pm
