This is the weekly voicemail message for Thursday September 29^th:

Please note that there will be no school tomorrow Friday September 30^th as we recognize Truth and Reconciliation Day.

Next week on Tuesday October 4^th, AHM will be completing an Emergency Evacuation Walk to the Lewisville Baptist Church.  This is to practice with the children where we are to go in the event that we need to evacuate the school property.

Kindergarten registration week is coming soon.  From October 13^th to October 16^th, parents will need to first register online and then they will be contacted by the school to set up an appointment to finish the process.

Halloween is fast approaching.  Just a gentle reminder that students at AHM do not wear costumes to school.  We also follow the government policy 711 Healthier School Food Environment.  Please do not send treats to share with the class that do not meet this policy.  Some acceptable items include fruit and vegetable platters, yogurt tubes, granola bars etc. If you feel the need to send a gift in for the class, please consider non-food items such as Halloween pencils, erasers, tattoos etc.
