Good afternoon caregivers of Arnold H. McLeod School,

This is the weekly message for Friday February 10^th:

For those students who wish to bring Valentines to school for their classmates, we cannot provide full class lists to parents due to privacy laws but a list with first names can be requested from your child’s teacher. If you feel the need to provide a treat for the class, please remember to follow the nutritional policy by providing fruit, veggies or cheese and crackers.  Alternatively, stickers, pencils or erasers are also a great option.

Student Profile sheets were sent home this past week.  Please update any changes and return it to your child’s teacher ASAP.  This information is vital in order to keep our records up to date and to be able to reach you in case of an emergency.

Students will be required to have a helmet in order to participate in Phys Ed classes next week.   A notice was sent home with details.

Upcoming events for students as are follows:

There will be no school Monday February 20^th for the Family Day holiday.

Pink Shirt Day on Wednesday February 22^nd.

Winter Carnival Week will be from Monday February 27^th to Friday March 3^rd. More information will be sent home shortly.
