Good afternoon caregivers of Arnold H. McLeod School,

This is the weekly voicemail message for Friday October 6^th:

Please note that there is no school on Monday October 9^th due to the Thanksgiving holiday.  There is also no school on Friday October 13^th due to staff professional learning.

Picture envelopes are due back to the school on Tuesday October 10^th.

Green profile sheets were sent home earlier this week.  Please update the information and return the form as soon as possible to your child’s teacher.

Pre-K registration begins next week for those children who will be turning five years old by December 31^st, 2024.  Registration can be completed online. For more information, visit the ASD-E website at asdeast.nbed.nb.ca/transition-to-kindergarten.

Next week on Tuesday October 10^th, AHM will be completing an Emergency Evacuation Walk to the Lewisville Baptist Church.  This is to practice with the children where we are to go in the event that we need to evacuate the school property.

We are still looking for lunch volunteers for Monday and Tuesdays in particular.  The commitment would be to be at the school from approximately 11:50 am until 12:50 pm to help deliver and pick up lunch trays.  We need 10 more volunteers to make our new program work. This subsidized lunch program is a real benefit to families.
